While Moslems around the world fast and pray during the Ramadan season (June 28-July 27), Christians who love them also engage in praying for them during this month.
There are many prayer initiatives who have produced useful material to pray with ‘information and insight’ and we encourage our intercessors to use this material to mobilize prayer in your nation.
The spiritual impact resulting from your prayer:
1. Freedom from spiritual blindness.
“But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them”. 2 Corinthians 4:4.
2. Opening of Eyes and Hearts.
“To whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me” Acts 26:17-18.
3. Open Doors for the Gospel.
“Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ” Colossians 4:2-3.

Increase of Passion for the Lost.
“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel (M*) is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God”. Romans 10:1-3.
